Stress the "silent killer"
It might surprise you to know that 43% of all adults experience stress-related symptoms and that more than 75% of visits to the doctor are for stress-related conditions. Excessive stress can be the root cause of many illnesses such as high blood pressure, Irritable Bowel, chronic fatigue syndrome, anxiety disorders, insomnia, and many more.
Stress is often known as “the silent killer” and this refers to the way that chronic and long term stress can put a major strain on our minds and bodies and cause a gradual and insidious deterioration in our health.
How can Hypnosis help with stress?
Nearly all of us have stressful lives and hypnosis cannot change that aspect of stress. But my stress management programme can help you respond to stress in more positive and healthy ways.
A short programme of hypnosis and NLP can give you the psychological tools and methods to be able to deal more effectively with the people and situations which are causing you stress.
I will also show you how to stop stress building up and give you techniques for relaxation which will help you to worry less and sleep better
How many sessions does this require?
I normally recommend an initial stress management programme of 3 sessions to begin with and then review with the client to see if further treatments would be helpful.
